I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and really helpful, which made my stay enjoyable. The hotel has a great location with good places to eat nearby. However, the noise from the street in my first room was unbearable, and I had to switch to a quieter room in the middle of the night. Also, the dining options could use some more variety.

I stayed at this hotel and found the location to be quite nice, located in the residential area of Menteng, which gave it a cozy feel. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, although a bit tidier would have been ideal as there were signs of the previous guest. The service was excellent, especially Rhadi and Edi, who were super friendly and helpful. However, I found the dining options to be lacking; the all-you-can-eat buffet was disappointingly limited.
